Course Description

Interposed between the two lateral lines of the body, the Deep and Superficial Anterior Lines travel from the cranium to the feet. These lines influence, at varying points along the way, movement in all three planes, our physical function, and innumerable physiologic processes of the body. This course will review the geography of these lines including myofascial and skeletal connections and their neurophysiologic relationships. We will explore the impact of the Anterior Lines on the deep core, the diaphragms, posture, movement, and visceral dysfunction.
