IMPORTANT: Most health benefit plans provide coverage for Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, and Massage Therapy, however, these benefits are different for each policy.
We happy to assist you in determining your insurance coverage, however, because of restrictions with the privacy policy, most insurers will only give this information to you. We highly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier and learn what your benefits are. There should be an "800" number or website on your insurance card that you can call/visit to obtain this information.
Your insurance policy may require you to pay a deductible, a co-payment, and/or a percentage of the costs of your treatment. PLEASE NOTE: for most insurance plans you MUST have an online account AND be registered for DIRECT DEPOSIT in order for third party providers (i.e. health care practitioners) to direct bill on your behalf. We cannot bill to your insurance company if you have not completed this step prior to your assessment and treatment.
If you are attending for Physiotherapy or Massage Therapy we are currently able to bill directly for the insurance companies listed above. If you are attending for Osteopathy, we are currently able to bill directly to Green Shield.
We have plenty of free parking available. The entrance to the clinic is the first driveway on the right, after Pearl Street.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. However, to ensure fairness and the best possible service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policy:
Appointment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full and are NOT eligible for reimbursement by insurers. However, we often have clients on the waitlist. If we are able to fill your appointment, your fee will be waived.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows):
If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice, the full treatment fee will be charged.
Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your session may be shortened or rescheduled, and the full session fee may apply.
Fee Policy:
Any cancellation or missed appointment fees must be settled before booking a new appointment.

Unfortunately, Barbelle Studio services are NOT eligible for insurance reimbursement. However, your Physiotherapist may recommend therapeutic exercise as part of your complete Physiotherapy treatment plan.

Virtual Physiotherapy Services continue to be eligible for reimbursement by many benefit plans. Check with your insurance company to find out if yours is one of them.
