The Lifting Assessment & Plan consists of two sessions: the first is the Assessment which includes a full assessment of four essential movement skills and three exercise adaptations including Strength, Power, and Muscular Endurance. The second session is the Plan and includes an outline of your resistance training plan including age-specific comparative data, goal specific targets, parameters for progression, and education for injury prevention.
