Adrienne Nichols is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Hand Therapist. She has a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Physiotherapy) from McMaster University.
For the past 24 years, Adrienne has specialized her physiotherapy practice in hand therapy. She treats patients with conditions affecting the hand, wrist and elbow. These diagnoses may result from trauma, surgery, chronic conditions or acquired diseases.
Adrienne has focused on developing treatment plans and providing interventions such as education, exercise, custom splinting, wound care and manual techniques to improve function, reduce pain and enhance the patient’s overall quality of life.
Adrienne collaborates daily with hand surgeons and family physicians to ensure comprehensive care. When not working, Adrienne enjoys spending time outdoors on walking trails with her family and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chester.
